Weekly Courses - Commitment Policy

Our weekly courses are designed as ongoing programs that require commitment from both students and families to ensure the best learning outcomes for all participants.

  • Term Commitment: Weekly courses require enrollment for the full term
  • Consistent Attendance: Regular attendance is essential for skill development
  • Class Dynamics: Ongoing projects and group work depend on consistent participation
  • Instructor Planning: Curriculum is designed assuming regular attendance

This commitment policy ensures that all students receive the full benefit of our progressive curriculum and maintains the quality of our small group learning environment.

Refund & Credit Policy

Important: Weekly courses do not offer refunds once the term has commenced.

Make-up Credits

We understand that life happens! If you need to miss a class, we offer make-up credits under the following conditions:

  • Advance Notice Required: Notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled class
  • Credit Application: Credits can be applied to future classes or workshops
  • Validity Period: Credits must be used within the current term or next available term
  • Subject to Availability: Make-up sessions depend on available spots in other classes

Emergency Exceptions

In cases of extended illness or family emergencies, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements on a case-by-case basis.

Account & Payment Policy

Students with overdue accounts may forfeit their spot in class.

Payment Terms

  • Payment Due: Fees are due before the commencement of each term
  • Late Payments: A grace period of 7 days is provided after the due date
  • Account Suspension: Accounts overdue by more than 14 days may result in class suspension
  • Spot Forfeiture: Continued non-payment may result in permanent loss of class placement

Payment Assistance

If you're experiencing financial difficulties, please contact us immediately. We may be able to arrange a payment plan or discuss other options to keep your child in our programs.

Reinstatement

Students whose spots were forfeited due to overdue accounts may be reinstated subject to available spots and payment of all outstanding fees.

General Terms & Conditions

Safety & Behavior

  • All students must follow DashX safety guidelines and code of conduct
  • Disruptive behavior may result in removal from class without refund
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for their child's behavior and safety

Equipment & Materials

  • DashX provides all necessary equipment and materials during classes
  • Students are responsible for any intentional damage to equipment
  • Personal devices and materials are brought at the owner's risk

Photography & Media

  • DashX may photograph or video classes for promotional purposes
  • Please notify us if you do not consent to your child being photographed
  • Images will not be used for commercial purposes without explicit consent

Weather & Cancellations

  • Classes may be cancelled due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances
  • Make-up classes will be scheduled for weather-related cancellations
  • Notifications will be sent via email and SMS when possible
